She conducts workplace investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination and/or retaliation. When disputes arise, Renee has extensive experience representing employers in federal and state court litigation, as well as before administrative agencies like the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Washington State Human Rights Commission (WSHRC) and the Washington Department of Labor and Industries (L&I). Renee also speaks frequently on employment law topics.
Renee's career began in human resources with companies including TriQuint Semiconductor, Merix, and Northeast Utilities. She has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2003. In 2004, Renee became an employment attorney, practicing at the law firms of Perkins Coie and Stoel Rives. In 2010, Renee entered solo practice with the purpose of providing high-quality and cost effective legal services to employers of all sizes.
